REMOVAL OF THERMAFIL CARRIERS

For different reasons, sometimes we have to retreat a previous endodontic treatment. In this video we show the technique that your dentist will use to remove the plastic carriers for an obturation technique called Thermafil. Once removed, after adequate disinfection and three dimensional filling of the root canal system, the tooth can return to normal and the patient will be asymptomatic.
